Peel of onions and cucumbers

Cut all the three vegetables in small cubes. (Tometoes, onions and cucumbers)

Add salt on onions to less it's bitterness.when water comes out.. wast it with little water.and squeeze onions

Now mix all vegetables in serving bowl and add salt and pepper

Add lemon juice

Mix well

Chop mint leaves and sprinkle

And it's,ready

Garnish with tomato rose and serve

Can be served with meals or as it is..
