Break the puff pastry into small pieces and place them in a clay or oven-safe baking dish. Add the nuts, raisins, and shredded coconut, then mix everything together.

In a saucepan, add the milk, a pinch of vanilla, sugar to taste, half the can of cream, the small pat of butter, and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream powder. Heat over the stove until warm.

Once the milk mixture is heated and everything is dissolved, pour it over the puff pastry mixture. Spread the remaining cream from the can on top and sprinkle lightly with sugar.

Bake in the oven for no more than 10 minutes, then turn on the broiler for about 5 minutes to brown the top. Enjoy!
