Take all the flour in a vessel and add finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander, ginger-chilli - and knead the dough. Cover the dough for 5 minutes to set.

Then to make thalipeeth, take one a little portion of dough from it by placing a polythene on the kitchen platform and then put the dough on it and press the dough with your palm to make it as big thalipeeth as possible then hole in it with your finger.

Now place the thalipeeth on the palm and put it on the hot pan. Put oil in the holes all around and make the thalipeeth golden golden from both sides.

Remove from heat when thalipeeth done crisp well. Serve hot with yogurt, chutney or pickle and enjoy hot thalipeeth.
