Knead aata along with salt and 1 spoon oil and give it a rest for 30 mins

Mix potato, peas, vegetables(squeezed as water will make rolling difficult), chilli, cashews, raisins and chaat masala

Make balls with kneaded aata and fill mixture.

Roll out paratha and cook on medium flame.

Cook from both sides with help of oil and enjoy with pickle and butter
