Make the mixture by mashing potato,add onion,herbs,masala,n vinegar and cook the mixture

Fill the mixture inside the capsicum mirch.

N then dip it in the besan paste n then roll it in cornflour followed by cornstarch,cook it in slow flame

N then served it with mint chutney or tomato sauce
