Pan ma oil garam kar kay zeerah or ginger garlic paste daal kar light brown kar lay.

Phir is ma onion, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder or tomato daal kar masala bhon lay.

Jab oil upar a jaya tu pani kay sath lobia or namak dal kar pani dry hu janay tak pakaya.

Pani dry hu jaya tu hot spices powder daal kar daam par rakh daay.

Daam khol kar mazay dar lobia fresh coriander se garnish sreve kary.
