  • Grilled Gizzard
  • Red and green pepper
  • Hot pepper
  • Onions
  • Curry
  • Maggi
  • Oil
  • Ginger and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend red pepper,onion and hot pepper together

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pot and fry the blended pepper,add the spices and fry.

  3. 3

    Add maggi and water,bring to a boil and add spaghetti

  4. 4

    Cook until spaghetti is cooked and add grilled gizzards,garnish with sliced green pepper. Enjoy
