1 cupchopped onion
1 cupchopped mushroom
1/2 cupBeans
1/2 cupPeas
10chopped Garlic
2 tbsplemon juice
as per tasteSalt and black pepper

Steps

In a pan put oil and saute all the veggies for 5 6 minutes. Now add black pepper salt and garlic.. Cook again for 3 4 minutes.

Now add vegetable stock and let the soup boil for 10 15 minutes. Now turn off the gas and put lemon juice and stir well.
Thai veg soup is ready.
