Ingredients

25 minutes
  1. 2 cupssoaked and boiled white Chana
  2. 4 cupsSpinach puree
  3. 2chopped Onion
  4. 2chopped Tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspGinger chopped
  6. 2 tspGarlic chopped
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tspRed Chilli
  10. 1 tspChana masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the chana overnight and then boil them in a pressure cooker with the required amount of water.

  2. 2

    Wash and Blanch the spinach and then blend it to form puree.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook it raw fragrance goes away.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions, green chilli, cook it and then add chopped tomatoes to it. Cook the tadka and add chana and palak puree to it.

  5. 5

    Mix well and cover it and cook for 10 minutes on a medium to slow flame.

  6. 6

    Palak Chana is ready to serve.
