Soak the chana overnight and then boil them in a pressure cooker with the required amount of water.

Wash and Blanch the spinach and then blend it to form puree.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook it raw fragrance goes away.

Add chopped onions, green chilli, cook it and then add chopped tomatoes to it. Cook the tadka and add chana and palak puree to it.

Mix well and cover it and cook for 10 minutes on a medium to slow flame.

Palak Chana is ready to serve.
