In a kadhai heat oil. Then add capsicum and saute for one minute. Now add onion and again saute for two minutes. Add Manchurian balls and mix it.in a other bowl add cornflour, all sauces, vinegar and all spices. Add water and food colour.mix well. Pour this into the kadhai and stir well keep the flame on medium to low.cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
