Soak dal and rice for 6 hours. then grind it and make a smooth paste.

Heat the pan and sprinkle some water. then gently pour this batter into the center of the pan.

Now begin to spread the batter in sweeping circular motions to form a pancake of roughly 8-inch diameter.

Brush some cooking oil and lift up with the help of spatula.flip the dosa.

Cook for 1 minutes after flipping.

Dosa is ready. Serve with chutney or sambhar.
