Bhindi rasam (bendakaaya pulusu)

Soak tamarind for 30 mins.

Take a pan pour some water, add lady's finger, onions, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, turmeric,1 tablespoon of oil and boil it. Once cooked properly add tamarind rasam, again boil it.

Take 1 tablespoon of jowar flour, add water into it.

Put the above jowar water into it, boil again.

Take another pan for tadka. For preparing tadka pour oil into another pan, heat it, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts to crackle add red chiili and curry leaves.

Pour the above tadka into the bhindi rasam

Take the rasam into a small bowl and serve hot with rice.
