  • 3..4tbsp makai ke ata

  • 8..10 gol sabut mirchen
  • 6..8 jawey lehsan
  • 5..6 hari mirchen

    Saag or,palak ko kat ly or meethi ke pate tore ly ab an ko bohttttttt achi tarah dho le per as may 3 glass pani or hari mirchen or lehsan ke jawey add kar kas ko cook karein medium flame per 2..3 hour tak

    3 hours ke baad jab pani dry ho jaye or saag gal jy tu flem off kar do or as ko thora thanda ho ne do per as ko better sy blend kar lo.per dubara is ko cook kar or as may makai ke ata or salt add kar ke slow flame prr 8..10 mint cook karein
