Ingredients

  1. 500 gpieces chopped soya chaap
  2. 3-4 chopped onion
  3. 5-6 chopped tomato
  4. 2 tspginger and garlic paste
  5. To tastemakhn (butter)
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. To tastesalt, ,, turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 pkt maggi masala
  11. As neededChopped correiender leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Fst of all soya chaap cut into small pieces and then boiled it and then take a wok put into makhan and heat it

  2. 2

    Then put into cumin seeds and add ginger and garlic paste and roast it and then add tomato puree and onion paste and mixed it

  3. 3

    And then after 2 min put into salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and maggi masala and roast it well

  4. 4

    When it's colour chng light brown and then put into boil chaap and mixed it and put into 1 glass water and cooked it 5....7 min

  5. 5

    Now makhni chaap is ready and put into carriender leaves for garnishing and serve it
