Makhni fried soya chaap

Fst of all soya chaap cut into small pieces and then boiled it and then take a wok put into makhan and heat it

Then put into cumin seeds and add ginger and garlic paste and roast it and then add tomato puree and onion paste and mixed it

And then after 2 min put into salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and maggi masala and roast it well

When it's colour chng light brown and then put into boil chaap and mixed it and put into 1 glass water and cooked it 5....7 min

Now makhni chaap is ready and put into carriender leaves for garnishing and serve it
