Roti from wheat flour

Add half water into the flour.Mix it properly.

Add little more water again and mix it.knead it for 2 minutes.knead it for a minute.Dough is ready.Rest for 20minutes. Knead it again for few seconds.Take small portion of dough and roll into ball.Dust it with littlte plain flour.Roll it with rolling pin.Sprinkle little flour again.Roll it again into chapati

Roti is ready to cook..Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame.place the roti on tawa.cook it for 2 to4 seconds,flip it.Now cook the other side properly.Temove the half cooked roti from the tawa and place it directly on gas stove flame.Remove it carefully.Roti is ready,take out in a plate and enjoy with toor dal.
