In a bowl mix together besan,curd,ginger chilli paste,salt and turmeric.add water.whisk it.gradually make a batter without lumps. here you can use mixer grinder for mixing..it will take few second

Now pour batter in a pan then turn on flame.keep stirring. Flame should b low or medium.Keep stirring continuously.it will take 4-5mins.when it starts leaving surface turn off the flame.

Grease the backside of thali or tray with a little bit of oil. Now with help of a flat spoon spread hot batter frequently.

Let them cool for 10 mins. Cut strips with help of a knife and roll it

In tadka pan add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds,curry leaves and green chilli. Fry it for 2mins.

Pour tempering all over khandvi and garnish with grated coconut and coriander.

Finally our delicious khandvi is ready
