  • 1/2 kgtomatoes
  • 180MLG sugar
  • 1/3 cupcorn flour
  • 1/2 cupwater

  1. 1

    Blanch tomato in hot water.

    Remove skin..and cut than grind in mixer.make smooth puree..

    Add sugar,make slurry for mixer.add corn flour with water.make like a cake batter. Grease cake mould with ghee.keep in fridge for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Garnish with dessicated coconut.keep in fridge. Eat 1 week.Enjoy
