Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  • 4potatoes
  • 1 cupbesan
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  • 2grated garlic cloves
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • as requiredoil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel & cut the potatoes in round shape.

  2. 2

    Put besan in a deep bowl with all the ingredients. Mix with water to make smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Heat up oil. Dip potatoes in the besan.Fry them till they become golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
