Wash chicken and transfer into vessel add ginger garlic paste,1sliced onion, salt and cumin powder, add 1/2 cup of water and cook till chicken become soft and tender.

Make Cashew and poppy seed paste with adding some water.

Make coconut nut milk with adding water in grinder (you strain coconut milk with muslin cloth you get clean milk).

Take a vessel or Kadai add 1/2 cup oil, put Shah jeera and bay leaf. When zeera starts cracking add 2 sliced onions. stir onion carefully, when onion becomes transparent add Cashew nut poppy seed paste saute fast because Cashew stick into the bottom, stir 3 to 4 mint add cooked chicken and add green chilli paste and saute properly till chilli raw smell gone.

When your gravy separates oil then add coconut milk stir properly when gravy starts boiling close the lid and cook till gravy separate oil. Adjust gravy consistency as per ur need.garnish with some green chillies.you delicious white chicken is ready to serve. Serve with roti or jeera rice.
