  • 2-3 bowlsCooked Rice
  • 1/2 bowlCarrot
  • 1/2 bowlCapsicum
  • 1/2 bowlSpring onions
  • 1/2 bowlCabbage
  • as requiredSpices

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice parboiled

  2. 2

    Add all vegetables in a pan and put little oil in it and saute it for some time.

  3. 3

    Add rice and spices.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with a garnish of spring onions and coriander leaves.
