Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3/4 poundpork belly cut into thin slices
  2. 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  3. 1/2 tbsplight soy sauce
  4. 1/2 tbspdark soy sauce
  5. 1/4 tsponion powder
  6. 1/8 tspwhite pepper powder
  7. 2 stalksgreen onion cut into 1 inch sections

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the pork belly slices with all the ingredients, except green onion, for at least one hour.

  2. 2

    Wrap the pork in a lightly greased aluminum foil. Air fry at 400F (200C) for 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Unwrap the foil, stir the pork slices and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add in the green onion and air fry again at 380F (190C) for 1-2 minute.
