Cooking Instructions
- 1
Using a mortar and a pestle, pound cilantro stems, garlic, white pepper powder, and palm sugar until a paste is formed.
- 2
Add dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- 3
Mix the marinade paste and the diced pork loin in a bowl. Cover the bowl. Put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- 4
Take the pork out of the fridge. Thread the pork pieces tightly onto the bamboo skewers, approximately five pieces per skewer. Coat the skewers with the remaining marinade sauce.
- 5
Heat the grill to low medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook slowly and bast with coconut milk until all the skewers cooked completely. It might take 15-20 minutes.
- 6
Serve warm with cilantro leaves on top. Yum! 😋

Moo -Shu Pork Moo -Shu Pork
When we lived in CA we went to a Chinese restaurant in L A that had authentic Chinese food. Moo - Shu Pork was a favorite. Here is my version, not so authentic but really delicious with all the main components in the stir fry. The Mandarin Sauce is important to add to each pancake. This is a fun meal to share with family and friends! fenway -
Grilled Pork Vietnamese style Grilled Pork Vietnamese style
I like the slightly lighter taste of this style over the heavier flavors of some others. This is pretty easy, and eaten plain, with rice, or awesome in lettuce wraps. So versatile. If you use it a different way, let us know, we might want to try it also. Fo Fa -

Pork Monggo Pork Monggo
A budget-friendly dish as it does not require a lot of ingredients. You can also remove the pork and just use dried or smoked fish, like dilis/anchovies, or tinapa to stretch your budget even more. That's why a lot of Filipino moms (or dads) have this on the menu during Fridays or later part of the week. And if you don't include pork (which can also be replaced by chicken), you can also serve this during the Holy Week. Missus C
