  3. 1/2 tspThyme
  4. 1 tspDiced Garlic
  5. Crushed Ginger1/2tsp
  6. Seasoning Cubes 3
  7. 1/2 tspNutmeg Powder
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Diced Onions

    Season beef,massage well, marinate for 1hr,,steam on medium heat,if you like,add little water,when it boils,taste to adjust with salt and seasoning, cook till soft and tender,drain in a colander, heat oil,deep fry,strain when dry,enjoy!!!
