Banana payasa
Steps

Take mixi jar, add Soaked dates and ripe bananas and grind nicely.

Pour the kadai and cook them.

Now add 1/2 cup water and Jaggery and mix nicely, and boil them.

Add coconut milk, and mix. Once it boiled switch of the flame and add Cardamom powder. And mix.

Take thadka pan,add ghee and dryfruits (cashews, grapes) and fry them. Add this to the payasa. Serve to hot or cold.
