1 tspginger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspgreen chilli paste
to tasteSalt
as neededBread crumbs(for coating)
2 tspchopped coriander leaves
3 tspcorn flour
2 tspall purpose flour
2 tspchopped cabbage
1finally chopped onion

Take flour and corn flour.Add salt,all spices and make a thick batter with water.

Roast the mushroom in pan till water completely soaked. Add cabbage,onion and corianders and mix well.

Take one by one mushrooms and Coat well in bread crumbs.Now mushrooms are ready to fry.

Take oil and heat nicely.Deep fry till crispy and golden.Serve hot with chilli sauce.
