Beans & sweet potato porridge

Wash and pour the beans into a pot of water and leave to cook until it is soft.

Peel, cut and wash the potatoes. Add into the beans.

Add in the blended pepper & onion, seasoning and oil. Stir and leave until potato is soft.

Add in the spinach when there is not much water left & stir. After 10seconds, put off the heat and its ready ready to serve.
