Cut your veggies in to small sizes...except the onions which will be slices...

Preheat some oil...add your veggies...seasoning, curry powder and small water then allow it for some minutes..

Cracks your eggs whisk them add some maggi (like 1-2 depending on the amount)

Then add the eggs cover it to cook for some minutes... Your egg sauce is ready...
