  1. Mixed mushrooms
  2. Pumpkin
  3. Pistachios
  4. Onion
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. 1potato (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pumpkin until tender along with a potato (optional).

  2. 2

    Once ready, blend it.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, sauté a finely chopped onion, add the mushrooms, and sauté.

  4. 4

    Serve the cream with the mushroom garnish on top, and decorate with pistachios.
