Steps

Chop all veggies and keep aside. Keep the boiled noodles also.

Take peas, corn, green chillies, ginger and garlic and grind and make a coarse paste.

In a big bowl take chopped carrots and cabbage.

Add peas and corn paste.

Add boiled noodles.

Add all masalas and salt.

Add chopped coriander.

Add besan to the above mixture.

Mix everything well. Make cutlets.

Keep oil for frying. As hot is oil turn the flame to medium and fry the cutlets.

Serve hot with chutney of ur choice or tomato ketchup. (Note: When u want to make cutlets add salt at that time otherwise the veggies will become watery.) U can add little more besan if batter is watery.
