  • 1 bowlBesan
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • PinchHing powder
  • 3 tbsnOil
  • PinchfulMitha soda
  • 1/2 tspKalonji or nigella seeds
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil

  2. 2

    Add water and make a thick batter

  3. 3

    Add oil to the batter and mix well

  4. 4

    Heat oil in kadai and make pakodas
