First time i tried it there was so many wrong angles to it that it didn't come out right, here is my grown up version.

First time i tried it there was so many wrong angles to it that it didn't come out right, here is my grown up version.

Break the coconut. Take off the shell. Peel or grate the brown part off leaving the white part. Grate the white part. Set aside

Put in a blender and blend to a fine size. Do not add water because it makes the coconut less sweet. Pour into a fine sieve to extract the milk.

Preheat the oven. Spread the residue on a baking tray, add in 3drops of vanilla flavor and mix. Place in the oven as far away from the heat as possible on low heat. If the oven is too hot the coconut will burn. Stir at intervals until all moisture is gone

Finished product. You can use it or store.
