Guava Methamba (perucha Methamba)

Chopped the guava straight. Keep a pan on medium flame. Put oil and add jeera and mustard seeds, let it cracker. Add garlic, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and add Guava.

Guava will be cooked quickly. Add jaggery, chillie powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Add little water and cook for 5 minutes.

Cover the lid for 2min and switch off the flame. Guava Methamba is ready.
