Stuffed Tinda(Indian squash)

Peel off the skin of tindas. Now make hole in the center of it and put remaining part into a plate for later use in curry.

Take a oil in a pan, add onions and all spices into it. Bhonofy it. When oil comes out, take out it into a bowl.

Now stuffed tindas with onions curry.

Now take out same oil pan, add 1 tbsp oil, remaining center part of tindas and bhonofy it. Now add stuffed tindas little water into a pan and do dum for 15 - 20 minutes into a low flame.

When Tinda is done, dish out it with it's curry. Serve it hot 🔥
