Chocolate Cake Without Oven From Bourbon Biscuits

Pre heat the vessel for Baking. Spread salt at the bottom. Keep it on medium flame. Place the ring. Close the lid. Grease the tin. Place the butter paper and grease the same.

Take a grinding jar add whole pack of bourbon Biscuits. Add sugar and grind it.

Take out the biscuit mixture in a mixing Bowl add ghee, milk and chocolate essence. Mix it all well.

Add chopped cashews-almonds, baking powder, Baking soda, 2 tsp milk. Whisk it properly.

The consistency should be dropping. Pour the batter in greased tin. Sprinkle remaining chopped almonds- cashews. Place the tin in pre heated vessel.

Bake it for 30- 40min. Super pluffy and rich chocolate cake is ready. Enjoy with chocolate sauce or IceCream.
