Marinate the beef and refrigerate for atleast 30 mins.

Deep fry the beef strips and keep aside.

Then in a wok add oil and garlic and saute for a minute. Then add the beef strips and saute for another minute.

Then add the sauces, chillies, chilli flakes and mix well. Add some water and cover and cook until meat is tender.

Then add the vegetables and mix well. Cook for 2 mins.

Serve with egg fried rice.
