Fried Pilau cheese balls

In a mixing bowl, mix the pilau, eggs and flour thoroughly

Scoop using a soup spoon and mould into balls
- 3
Pick one ball and press the using your thumb to make a hole. Fill the hole with a cheese piece and roll it back into a ball. Do this for the rest of the balls.

Dust them with the maize meal and arrange in a tray. Chill for 10 - 15 minutes

Remove and deep fry them till they form a nice crispy/crunchy coating

Serve with your desired sauce and ENJOY YOUR CHRISTMAS
