Ingredients

  1. 8mutton payay
  2. 6 tablespoonoil
  3. onion 3 medium
  4. gg paste 1 1 tablespoon
  5. 4green chilli thinly sliced
  6. 5tomatoes
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt
  8. 1 teaspoonkashmiri lal mirch
  9. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoonhaldi
  11. cumin powder half teaspoon
  12. dhania powder half teaspoon
  13. garam masala powder 1/4th teaspoon
  14. fresh corriender for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pan add payay (trotters) all spices except gram masala powder. onion,g g paste,green chillies.add 5 to 6 cup water cover and cook for 3 hours on medium low heat.When water gets dry and trotters get tender.Add ghee or oil 6 tablespoon.fry until oil saparated.add water as desired gravy.

    Cook on medium heat.for half hour when done add fresh corriender.sprinkle garam masala powder serve hot with naan.qulcha aur roti😋
