Steps

Wash your spinach without cutting and drain in a collander

Then cut them keep aside and cut onion, pepper and carrot into slice

Add some olive oil in a sauce pan add the onion,pepper and carrot add them all stire for 10 mins

Then add seasoning heedah spice and salt to taste then finaly add the spinach which is the last with little water and cover for 5 mins. and ready you can eat it with boilled irish potato or white rice.
