2mini cayotes, cut into cubes
5shallots, sliced
3garlics, sliced
1green onion, slice
500 mlThin coconut milk about
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Chicken powder

Heat the coconut milk.

Thdn add in the shallots and garlics. Let it simmer until fragrant.

Then add in the cayotes. Cook until soft.

Then add the spinach and seasonings. Taste test.

Don't cook too long after that.

Turn off the heat and serve.
