Palak Paneer Tikka Masala

Chop the spinach, tomato, onion, chilies, and ginger. Boil them in water for 10 minutes, then let cool. Blend the mixture with the same water to make a gravy.

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a skillet. Add bay leaf, asafoetida, cinnamon, and cardamom powder. Add the prepared gravy and cook.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, ground coriander, and salt to taste.

Cut the paneer into rounds. Add oil to a griddle and fry the paneer pieces until golden.

Sprinkle a little salt and chili powder on the paneer, add to the gravy, and serve hot.
