Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsmoongdal with skin soaked for 4,5 hours
  • 4green chillies
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds)
  • 1 tsp hing(asafoetida)
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind moongdal with green chilli, coriander leaves,ginger, rice flour jeera, turmeric powder.

  2. 2

    Take batter in a bowl add salt mix it.

  3. 3

    Heat tava grease oil pour batter spread like dosa drizzle some oil on edges take out brown spread with chetney or bhaji.or u can grate cheese over top and enjoy.
