Ingredients

35 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 cupsRice
  • 1 cupCarrot
  • 1 cupPotato
  • Onion small slice 1
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • Yoghurt half cup

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add onion. Cook till golden brown, add yoghurt, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well and add water as required.

  2. 2

    As, it start boiling. Add soaked Rice in it. Mix well and allow to cook till water disappeared. Keep on dum. It's ready to serve.
