Ingredients

1 serving

2corn tortillas, cut into squares or strips
1/2 cupcooked beans (about 120 ml)
1/8onion, sliced
1 pinchblack pepper
1 pinchground cumin
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoonsoil
For serving
Hot sauce of your choice, to taste
Shredded cheese, to taste

Steps

Fry the tortillas and onion in the oil until golden to your liking. Add the spices, salt, and beans with a little of their cooking liquid.

Mash the beans slightly and mix well. Heat until the beans are warmed through.

Serve with your favorite hot sauce and shredded cheese.
