  1. 10Green Chilli
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 1 tbspFennel Powder
  4. 1 tbspChaat Masala
  5. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  6. 1 tbspWhole Red chilli (Crushed)
  7. 1 tbspDried Pomegranate Seeds
  8. 2 tbspOlive Oil

Cooking Instructions

    1. In a bowl, add salt, fennel powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, whole red chilli, Dried Pomegranate Seeds, olive oil and mix it well. Mixture is ready.

    2. Place the cut on Green chilli and let the seeds out.
    3. Now stuff it with prepared mixture.

    4. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, stuffed green chilies and fry until light brown. Serve with Daal or tomato chutney, as you wish.
