Ingredients

  1. 500 grampeas
  2. 200 grampaneer
  3. 2grinded onions
  4. 4grinded tomatoes
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. as neededwater
  11. as neededoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a cooker & add grinded onions & ginger garlic paste. cook till they become golden.

    Add grinded tomatoes & all the masalas.Cook till it becomes paste.

  3. 3

    Add peas with 1 cup of water & give 2-3 whistles. open the cooker. cut paneer in small pieces & deep fry them. put them in the cooker & cook for 5 minutes.

    Serve hot with chapati.
