First of all heat a cooker or pan on medium flame and put half cup cooking oil and add fried onions if you are using fresh onion then you can use to onion. With onions you have to add ginger garlic paste. Fry this for 2 minutes. Then add 2 Cups tomato puree cook it for 5 minutes until it released oil on side.

When tomatoes get cook add mutton and mix well. Together with meat add all the dry ingredients and 2 cup water in it. Cover the cooker with it's lid and cook it for 20 to 25 minutes or until it get cooked very well.

When mutton is perfectly cooked, add chop methi. Cook methi with mutton until the water gets dry without lid. At the end add chop green chillies. Now our methi gosht is ready to serve. You can serve this Mithu Gosht with chapati, Tandoori Roti, rice,naan or anything you want.
