Chocolate Cake Chocolate Cake
I made this cake imagining a cake which was made in a cartoon on Valentine. If you know what I am talking about, please give it a try.The amount of sugar for the pound cake is for the cake to be slightly sweetened. Adjust the amount to your liking If you make a cut in the dough before baking the cake, the cake would be baked nicely. Please make the time to chill after putting the creamy chocolate in between the cake to be at least 3 hours. Unless it will fall apart when you take it out. Recipe by Sarichirusan cookpad.japan -

When I uploaded a baked chocolate tart with egg, I received feedback that a user made a no-bake version, so I tried it out.Use 47% fat heavy cream. If you use heavy cream with low fat or vegetable based whipped cream, it might not harden. When using chocolate bar, you don't even have to chop it up. You can just break the chocolate bar into 1 to 2cm blocks, then it will melt. You can use a milk carton as a mold if you don't have a cake pan. Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -
Chocolate Mont Blanc Chocolate Mont Blanc
I thought about making a mont blanc with chocolate, but thought adding the chocolate separately might look better and more elaborate than simply mixing chocolate directly into the cream, so I came up with this method.Tempering - once melted, its difficult to cool chocolate back into a glossy state, so you must temper. To temper, chop chocolate and melt in a double boiler. Mix the chocolate to a temperature of over 34°C, and once melted, suspend the bowl over cold water until the temperature drops to below 27°C. Once again, put over warm water and mix until the temperature reaches approx. 32°C.When brushing the chocolate onto the baking paper in Step 4, brush it thickly over the connecting parts of the paper for a better finish. For 6 x 6 cm mont blancs. Recipe by Yukirinrin cookpad.japan -
