Firstly boil the corn once the the corn are boiled strain them with help of strainer and then add them into a mixer grinder and make a coarse paste out of it.

Take a pan add 1 tbspn oil then add chopped Tomatoes,grinded corn and cook it for about a min.

Then add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,schezwan chutney,chilli flakes,oregano and give it a mix then add finally add salt cook it for 1/2 min and turn of the flame your stuffing is ready

Take the rusk and place them on serving plate and add the prepared stuffing and top it with grated cheese and then sprinkle some chilli flakes n oregano.
