Ingredients

  • 1CUPLeftover RICE
  • 2Leftover roti
  • 1 cupLeftover vegetables sabhi
  • 1 cupSoya chunks
  • 1/2 cuppaneer
  • 2 tbspgrated carrot
  • 1 tbsponionfine chopped
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger & garlic
  • 1 tspgreen chilli
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1 tspchaat Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tbsptil(sesame seed)
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil soya in hot water for 2 to 4 mins.

  2. 2

    Drain them. Squeeze of the excess water and rinse well few times. Squeeze and drain up the water.

  3. 3

    Blend them to a coarse texture.

  4. 4

    Now add all
    Ingredients and spice and blend once again. Add coriander leaves and mix

  5. 5

    This is use for outer covering of cutlet

  6. 6

    Make all cutlet and set aside

  7. 7

    Make a slurry by mixing the cornflour and water.

  8. 8

    Dip each of these cutlets in the slurry and then coat with the til. Set aside for ten minutes.

  9. 9

    Heat a wide pan with oil.

  10. 10

    When it is hot enough place the cutlet in oil and fry on a medium heat until golden on both the sides.Serve soya cutlet with sauce.
