Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1 cupboiled mashed potatoes
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  7. As required oil
  8. 1 tbspchopped beans
  9. 1 tbspchopped carrot
  10. (Veggies are optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, soaked the sooji in water.

  2. 2

    Now add all ingredients together and mix properly. add needed water to make a thick better. Let Rest it for 10-15 minutes.

    Now check the consistency, it should not be more thick or not thin.

  4. 4

    Now Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with oil. Pour 2 tbsp better and spread slightly.

    Keep the medium flame and let it Cook. After roasting on side, turn the right side up. Pour some oil drops on cheela.cook the cheela until roast and crispy.

    Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
